Soy Cow SC 20 Comm

The offered SOY Cow SC-20 COMM produces 45L/hour of soymilk base at about 7% solids. It is attached with optional vacuum deodorizer set to take out the beany flavor/off smell associated with soy milk. It comprises of Mini Tubular steam generator (Boiler), Grinder Cooker. It also has manual filter press, stacking tofu maker (2 boxes & press mounted on Table)

MOC: Food Grade SS 304L, and is supplied with Baldor Washdown Motor.
